 Meet our Therapists!

Dr. Cary G. Malone, PT DPT started TheraSpecialists Physical Therapy Center in 2004 with his wife Elaine. The goal was to create a state of the art rehabilitation facility. The mission of our company is to help people restore function in a compassionate, professional setting. Dr. Malone is a native East Texan who grew up in Kilgore, Texas, studied at Stephen F. Austin State University, and completed a master's and doctorate in physical therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. He did research in the treatment and detection of cancer at MD Anderson and Baylor College of Medicine. He married his best friend Elaine, who holds degrees in psychology and nursing.

 

Dr. Hannah Boyett Wilkerson, PT DPT earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science at Lamar University in 2016. She then received her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Texas Woman's University in Houston in 2019. Dr. Wilkerson began her career with TheraSpecialists and provides qualitycare to those in Jasper and surrounding areas. She is a Jasper Native and currently lives in Kirbyville with her husband Logan and their 2 children. She enjoys family time, gardening, and outdoor pursuits.

Dr. Kaleb G. Brimer, PT DPT earned his bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance at Texas A&M-Commerce in 2015. He went on to complete his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis in 2020. Dr. Brimer started his career with TheraSpecialists with a goal of prolonging movement, function, and promoting the well-being of his patients. He is originally from Emory, TX but has relocated to Jasper with his wife, Jerrica, and daughter Olivia. He is additionally a certified coach at Adamas Crossfit in Jasper. He enjoys maintaining his own health and fitness, the outdoors, and travelling with his family.

 

Mr. Landon McCoy, PTA was born and raised in Lufkin, TX and has been practicing outpatient rehab in the East Texas and Dallas/Ft. Worth areas since 2004. He graduated with his Associates of Applied Science from the PTA program at San Jacinto College in Houston, earning his state license in 2005. Landon has special interests in orthopedics and joint replacement, and has focused his years of continuing education in these areas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his 2 daughters, and friends, saltwater fishing, and other outdoor pursuits.
